Our Engineering and Operations teams are based in our manufacturing facilities in Springs (Gauteng) and Cape Town (Western Cape). Our Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical Engineers support our manufacturing mill operations in process, maintenance and project management. They work with sophisticated systems and technology to optimize complex operations, systems, equipment and quality control. Our production technicians are responsible for daily operation of production equipment. More senior team members manage multiple production lines and lead the department toward achieving safety, quality and productivity goals. Our electrical and mechanical technicians support our operations team by maintaining the manufacturing equipment and ensuring minimum down time.
The Finance team covers essential financial services to the company including financial accounting, business analysis, tax, insurance and internal control and internal audit. They work hand-in-hand with the Governance & Administration Departments to ensure good corporate governance while looking for opportunities to partner with the business to improve the way we make and sell our products.

Our sales teams drive the sales of our products to retail and commercial customers throughout South Africa and parts of Sub-Saharan Africa. Our consumer sales team services and sells to the formal, informal and retail market channels and functionally covers strategic customer and account management, field sales and category management. Our Professional division sales team provides solutions for the away from home channel where washroom, wiping and safety products are required.
